Frequently asked questions
Which glass thickness do your door-frame profiles take?
The groove is extruded to your glass or panel spec, so common cabinet glass sizes all work. Send the glass thickness and gasket detail and we confirm the groove design.
Can you deliver cut-to-size, mitred and drilled sets ready to assemble?
Yes — cutting, 45° mitres, drilling and hardware machining are done in-house, so door kits arrive ready to assemble. Send the cut list with the RFQ.
How do you keep the finish consistent across batches?
Furniture profiles are the visible face of the cabinet, so anodizing and wood-grain runs are checked against a retained colour sample. Approve a sample first and repeat batches are matched to it.
Do your profiles fit standard cabinet hinges and sliders?
The profiles are machined to your hardware drawing, so standard cup hinges, sliders and catches fit. Tell us the hardware you use and we confirm the machining.
