After extrusion, we machine profiles to your drawing: cutting, drilling, tapping, milling and assembly are done in-house. That removes the handoff to a separate machine shop and keeps one point of accountability from the profile to the finished part.

Frequently asked questions
When do I actually need secondary machining?
Whenever the extruded profile needs holes, threads, cut-outs, precise end cuts or assembly before it can be used. If your part is a plain cut length, you may not need it — send the drawing and we tell you what is required.
Can you extrude the profile and machine it in one place?
Yes. Extrusion, machining and finishing are all in-house, so a single supplier covers the profile, the machined features and the finish. That removes handoffs between separate shops and keeps one accountable contact.
Do you handle prototypes and low volumes?
Yes — first-article samples through to repeat series. Prototype quantities are fine for validating the part before a production commitment.
What tolerances can you hold?
It depends on the feature and material. Send the drawing with the critical dimensions marked and we confirm what is achievable against your ±tolerance rather than quoting a generic figure.
